Atlanta, Georgia; Oct 27, 2025 – ZeoDAC, Inc. announced today that Dr. Michael Beckert has joined the company as Principal Engineer, where he will lead efforts focused on the thermal and mechanical design aspects of ZeoDAC’s first commercial facility.
Dr. Beckert brings more than a decade of experience across multiple engineering disciplines and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Georgia and California. He has designed processes and products for industrial, commercial, consumer, and governmental clients. Dr. Beckert received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2008, 2010, and 2015, respectively.
Kevin M. Bolin, Chairman and CEO of ZeoDAC, welcomed Dr. Beckert to the team, highlighting the value of his technical expertise. “We’re thrilled to have Michael join ZeoDAC. His depth of experience and practical engineering insight will be instrumental as we continue advancing our direct air capture technology toward commercial scale,” said Bolin.
